An old friend from the Unit Rig days needed a stainless part manufactured to save a high production juicer machine used at Tulsa's Dilly Deli located at 2nd & Elgin (402 E 2nd St).
Parts for the Orangematic are no longer available. With the help of skilled programming and machining on a 4 axis CNC machining center, Neosource manufactured stainless steel juicing wheels to replace both broken original plastic wheels. The employees at Dilly Deli providing the daily fresh orange juice by hand squeezing were most thankful to have the Orangematic operating again.

Concrete Driveway Replacement

Neosource recently replaced large areas of our back lot with new 8" thick concrete using 5/8" rebar on 1' centers. The original 4" thick concrete and minimal wire was cracking and breaking through, creating hazards for fork truck and delivery traffic.
Fred Bridges has performed quality work over the years in other areas of the Neosource parking area, and we thank his A-1 Concrete employees for their excellent workmanship in pouring over 135 yards of quality concrete!
The Dallas MRO was a resounding success for Neosource with significant foot traffic and interest in our Repair, Manufacturing and Waterjet capabilities. Jeremy Johnson, Steve Meyer and Rodney McDonald anchored the Neosource booth through the hot week of April 2009. Jeremy, representing FAA repairs and aerospace manufacturing, promoted new repairs and manufacturing capabilities of Neosource’s new Haas machining center. Steve Meyer, who recently joined Neosource and based near Atlanta, seemed to know 1 out of every 10 MRO attendees and opened new avenues for all our capabilities. Rodney McDonald, representing Waterjet, provided the advantages and fascinating technologies of waterjet cutting, including Neosource’s famous fast turn time.

This 9” thick stainless steel is the thickest material ever cut by Neosource. It was urgently needed by a customer and cut for 12 hours to meet their time requirement.

The United Way Day of Caring 2007

Neosource was again fortunate to participate in the United Way Day of Caring. Tulsa, Oklahoma hosts the nations largest Day of Caring with more than 4,000 volunteers completing nearly 400 projects for 65 agencies. The Tulsa Area United Way is striving to reach a goal of $23 million to fund 170 programs at the 65 agencies reaching over 640,000 people.
